This came up in the code and I'm not real sure what to make of it, somehow the Oslo Accord mediated by former president Bill Clinton (1993) has something to do with 666 that is occultic and hidden-concealed.
2009 this is the only year I could find listed in the code. Perhaps it is in 2009 when the Proclamation is announced and 666 is enforced
